Pros

Open environment, good people, convenient location, family atmosphere, fun clients, I enjoyed my brief time there and would recommend it to anyone looking for an opportunity to start their career

Cons

Cons would include anything I can write in here to fill the twenty word minimum so I can see other reviews, which is why I am filling this out in the first place

Pros

Competitive salary, standard vacation time, moderate benefits package, and decent company outings.

Cons

Cons definitely outweigh any pros. Poor management, no direction or structure. Rude and unprofessional management staff with completely unrealistic, outlandish ideas/goals for growing their business.

The pro is above scale compensation for the market, and the individuals who have been tricked into also thinking this is a real ad agency.

Cons

This in no longer a relevant ad agency. This is s place where creativity goes to retire. It is run by dis functional family members who are riding on their father's coat tails. You will be doing Christmas cards and endless power points 100+ pages to justify your existence.
