      Most negative and toxic work experience of my career

      If you enjoy being spoken down to by virtue of seniority, this place is for you. I have never experienced such a toxic and negative work environment. The way people throw each other under the bus and badmouth fellow employees is horrifying. My team lead was particularly unpleasant, giving me vague assignments and responding with a shockingly nasty attitude to any questions I had. I have never experienced treatment of this kind in previous roles, even when I was new to the industry. If you’re considering a position at this agency, do yourself a favor and RUN.

      Pros

      It’s a high-energy and passionate agency with a robust list of clients. Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. The exec team takes the time to go out of their way to recognize and praise talented and dedicated employees. Good place to grow in your career where management invests in your progress, setting you up to succeed. Lots of fun parties and team building events.

      Cons

      Parking can be limited when clients visit the office.

      Pros

      Free food If you like to slack off during the day then work late insane hours for deranged clients this place is for you The standard of work is low and people quit on the spot pretty often, so you don't have to try too hard to keep your job

      Cons

      Where do I start - micromanagement from top staff - unclean, unsafe building - distracting, loud work environment - if you act like you know how to so something, you'll have to be the one to do it because everyone else will pretend not to - calls at 3am from top staff to address client feedback
