The few connection with middle managers, the ones that have not left yet

Cons

Not being heard, being cut down or made to feel less than by upper management, a simple compliment goes a long way, work overload at time, if you are looking to advance pray your upper manager is on board with it or it will not happen, "do what I tell you to do", the disconnect between upper and middle management

Flik Hospitality Group has been a great Company to work for because they are always looking for better way to make their employee's comfortable with their job and are always helping to make you improve and move up. If you are with the company long enough and the job is getting a little too much they will also help to find a job more suited for you. Most Jobs with the company are also just a Monday through Friday Job. The Benefits, Health and 401k, are great.

Cons

The down side to working for Flik Hospitality Group is it is a big company so it is sometimes hard to get your suggestions answered. other than that there is no other downsides
