      Flexible work schedule, the work is predictable because there is a script but people you call make things interesting

      Cons

      Management was around but felt very separated from the rest of us The supervisor at my location was on a platform looking over everyone which was kind of weird

      Pay was okay but that’s it.

      Cons

      Awful place to work. Very unprofessional. Managers pick favorites. Most of the people you are calling are elderly and they want you to take advantage of them. You have to ask for money 3 or 4 times which causes you to get yelled at, cursed at or hung up on.
