Pros
The people are really nice. They build a sense of togetherness because most have been here too long to leave...so they just grin and bear it. Once they trust you, they're great.
Cons
This place is bad, and getting worse. Disorganized Management, always restructuring and complete confusion. Everyone just hopes their not the next to be laid off. Always feel like you're on a sinking ship. Revenues are down, jobs being cut, bonuses not being paid out, and zero effort put into employee morale. Management is clueless, and just as unhappy as everyone else. You take direction from people in Denmark, who don't know how anything works in the US. You will find yourself defending America a LOT. Systems and processes are run out of Denmark by people who are severely under qualified for their roles. Especially in support functions, like IT, Finance and HR. Locals have their hands tied. They also just changed the bonus structure half way through the year, likely not paying a bonus in 2019...the company is clearly in financial trouble
