Pros
Use to be a pretty good company at one point of time . Less work pressure so good work life balance. Good place to have end to end knowledge. Probably Good place to work if u r from cement or mineral industry .
Cons
*You are very lucky (IT) if u have a quality work .Coz its mostly repeatative . *Not updated in terms of IT technology . *Politics *Inconsistent policies *opaque rating and compensation system * uninspiring leads and manager * no correlation b/w salaries of people having similar experience within a team. *No market correction for last 5 years .
