Pros

They pay you well and have great benefits.

Cons

They don't treat their employees with respect. I feel like they think by giving us food and a raise everything will be okay. But not everyone responds positively to that. You walk into work and you can feel the negative energy. Seems like everyone hates working there. Office is super quiet - no fun allowed it seems like.

Pros

Competitive benefits, that’s about all.

Cons

Do not expect to move up the ladder if you don’t have an engineering degree, they really don’t care and would not consider to promote you unless you are willing to have a relationship with one of the big wigs or be stuck being a small manager doing administrative work. Management is horrible especially in the administrative teams. You will be micromanaged and babysat at every little thing you do. Get out once you have your 1-2 year experience. It is not worth it.
