      Pros

      Great benefits (Health, Pension, 401k, Dental, Car). Stability. Incentive plan. Thorough training. Challenging jobs & opportunity to advance. Company promotes health and fitness. Very hard to get fired. Many, many wonderful people.

      Cons

      Does not cater to creative or driven people. Many long-term older people. Rigid practices & procedures. They promote health, but tend to hire a lot of middle-aged and/or obese people. If you're a young attractive female, this is not the place for you. Some bitter employees (mostly in admin positions). Compensation of professional employees is average.

      Job security here is great, they do property insurance very well. Just don't expect to kill it or make a lot of money here.

      Cons

      My ex-cowokers have been in the same job for the past 12 years with no advancement.
