Pros
FM is a very stable, very large company. They offer a lot of great big-company benefits - 401K match, pension plan, generous vacation time and other time off. There are many, many employees who have worked here for 25, 30, 40 or even longer - it's because this is a great place to work, with a lot of very decent people.
Cons
Year to year, raises are given, but they are never outrageous. This is not the place to work if you want to get rich quickly. Like many other large companies, there is a good bit of bureaucracy, and getting things done can sometimes take time.
