      Pros

      Large company with a small office feel with counterparts. Friendly environment, social job, diverse and inclusive, very competitive benefits/salary, collaborative environment where everyone strives to better each other, always training and pushing you to be better, very adaptive and always seeking better answers, awesome to see other companies day to day in the field.

      Cons

      Need to update their software that Field Engineers used daily... Sometimes hard to budge them into advancing.
