Pros

This is a Stable company with moderate and flexible amount of travel and good work life balance. They also have several tiers of growth opportunities if you are willing to relocate. However, There is A lot of internal talent so you will really have to stand out.

Cons

Need more diversity. Constant changes to processes has been occurring more often than normal as the company tries to catch up to the rest of the world. The people are nice enough with a strong team oriented culture. However, Independent work is frowned upon.

Very stable company from which you can actually retire.

Cons

If you are looking for career advancement, be prepared to watch icebergs melt. Also, because the company is so stable, new ideas and suggestions for change are not very welcomed. It's the mindset that "if it isn't broken..."
