Stable company- no layoffs Generous vacation package shorter hours in comparison to competitors
Cons
Lower starting salary but expected to do the job of three people. Extremely low morale, no sense of team work every man for himself. If you are a hard worker you will not receive any more of a raise than someone who is lazy. People are not polite not friendly and will smile in your face while stabbing you in the back the minute you walk away. Talking is discouraged while gossip is encouraged even by management. This is an old company with old 80's style management and people who need to retire because they are miserable. If culture is important to you STAY AWAY
