      Pros

      A very stable company that offers tremendous benefits that almost outweigh the salaries that are typically lower than the current market.

      Cons

      Every decision is done by committee, very slow to adapt to an ever-changing marketplace/workforce, very focused on the development and promotion of engineers and women (almost exclusively).

      Benefits, medical/ dental Three weeks vacation Flexible work schedule depending on the department you're in as sometimes it's REALLY strict, lucky for me I was on the flexible team.

      Cons

      No opportunity for growth unless you're an engineer or friends with a manager. Workplace dating/antics Very poor management Casual clothing only on Fridays College degrees aren't valued

      This company really invests and values their employees as much as their clients. The benefits package and overall office moral are hard to beat.

      Cons

      This company loves to promote internally, which is mostly good, except when they choose to promote unqualified candidates rather than looking for a better candidate outside the company.
