- Great benefits (insurance, fitness reimbursement, relocation assistance, etc) - Nice physical office environment (more offices than cubicles, quality furniture and technology equipment) - Very extensive, quality training for engineers - Flexible work arrangements - Stable career

Cons

- The managers at the office I worked for were incredibly selfish; they do not encourage your growth, they only look out for themselves - Talent is not rewarded; poor performance is not punished - Managers are not promoted based on merit or leadership abilities - Slow career advancement

Very hard to advance. Not rewarded for your efforts unless the powers that be like you more than the other person. I've seen a lot of advancement for unseasoned workers. Those who are here longer tend to be looked over.
