-hard to separate work and home time -little flexibility -cronism -constant product roll outs with little support

Lower base pay than comparable positions with other companies and raises are small. Hard to get promotions. They tend to hire family members of employees and do favors for friends rather than hire or promote a more qualified candidate. Very political. Some departments are almost entirely compromised of one sex and seem to be against hiring the other. Long time employees tend to get preferential treatment even if not deserved.
