Cons

Required to be In-Office for all roles even if not necessary, Micromanagement mantra at the top, total compensation is lackluster until you become vested in the pension, extremely limited opportunities to move up the ranks, Turnover incredibly high due to micromanagement, Management not trustworthy

Pros

Benefits are competitive within the market and a lot of the lower level players within the company are nice people to work alongside.

Cons

To put it bluntly, the leadership team - starting with the new CEO, Malcolm Roberts. Every step of the way since taking over, Malcolm has seemingly done everything in his power to destroy company morale. At this point, it's actually amazing anyone gets anything done considering everyone just stands around all day and complains about the return to office. And quite frankly, there is no end in sight to the incredibly toxic, apathetic office environment. More recently, the company had correctly pivoted to improve Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. However, all of that went out the window during the recent annual kickoff meeting when the new CEO disgustingly brought out Jerry Jones, owner of the Dallas Cowboys, to speak to the company. Take a second to Google him if you don't know his history with women or Civil Rights. Apparently Malcolm was either completely unaware of Jones' history (unlikely), or he was complacent with the accusations lobbied against the Cowboys owner. Either way, as Malcolm sat there currying favor with Jones on stage, he made it abundantly clear that DEI is just a buzz word and holds no actual meaning to him. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere - the CEO of this company only cares about his status and personal image. He certainly doesn't care about his employees.
