Not collaborative and a severe ivory tower mentality driven by the CEO’s ego as opposed to the tried and true core values this company once excelled at. Since turnover it’s become more of a dictatorship and long standing employees are focusing on appeasing the CEO and not focusing on clients in the same fashion. It’s become a sad circus of favoritism

They don't honor the job description or schedule that you agreed to when you were hired. I was honest and upfront during my 5+ interviews that I was only looking for a hybrid role and the position was offered at 50% in-office and 50% at home. My first week it changed to 3 days in-office and 2 days at home. I voiced my frustration but stayed. Within the next 6 months, it changed again to 4 days in-office and 1 day at home. I submitted a schedule modification which was immediately denied. Make sure everything about your role is included in your offer letter.
