      Terrible work/life balance, constant travel, poor staffing foresight, 2.8% annual raises for top group performers, training has become a waste of time. Field Engineers are run ragged while the rest of the staff hides at home.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits package, especially if you plan on staying long enough to vest in the pension plan. Relatively stable job security Growth opportunity if you are in certain parts of the company and willing to relocate to move up.

      Cons

      Culture seems to have shifted for the negative since the departure of the former CEO. Lack of mid level experience. Most people seem to be in the verge of retirement or fewer than 5 years experience. Limited or slowed opportunity to advance if you are not willing to relocate multiple times. Management can't seem find a balance between focusing on top line growth and profitability swinging back and forth each year instead of finding a middle ground. Starting to see changes just for the sake of change with fewer guidelines on how to implement them.
