      Good benefits, good vacation/sick day setup, clear path for advancement through company

      Cons

      Work life balance is poor, you are held accountable for what you need to learn, you are constantly correcting another engineer's mistakes and being held accountable for their mistakes if you don't. Experience gained at this company CANNOT be easily translated to other engineering professions.

      Long standing company and has had the value of balance between work and family, company is profitable and mutual

      Cons

      Going through some transitions that are impacting a lot of good people that have been with the company for a long time, you can't always find the sense behind their reasons and they are letting a lot of knowledge walk away
