      almost impossible to get fired; good benefits; pension

      Cons

      old boys club; no brain power needed to execute the job; antiquated ideas; leadership really lacks any proven skills; not a transferable job experience; pay is extremely low with absolutely no increases based on your work ethic or competence

      Good benefits, vacation, health plans. Good people to work with.

      Cons

      Low pay. Low pay raises. Favoritism. Too much work and they won’t hire additional help. You drown in work and deadlines. Was forced to retire because I wouldn’t take the vaccine. Vaccine has been shown to hurt people and not be very effective, but you were forced to provide proof or be terminated. DEI shoved down your throat on a daily basis until you can’t breathe.
