Pros

The people here are amazing, from your immediate team members all the way up and down the chain. We have a diverse makeup and we've fostered inclusive, supportive family-like teams through very careful hiring and vetting. Our people are our best asset and the reason we enjoy going to work every day.

Cons

This is a rapidly growing company - so the cheese can move and best-laid plans tossed away to deal with market realities. If you can roll with that then it's not a "con".

Pros

Certain teammates make it! Some of the people at FMG are amazing and truly care for one another. You develop a family. Time off?PTO is unlike most other companies. FMG really shines here.

Cons

Pay is well below industry average. Workload is outrageous. Top management almost has an elite like clique. Feedback is not taken well, even though they ask for it. Low priority for true customer service.

Pros

worked from home while it lasted

Cons

dishonest and not at all genuine. I was part of an acquisition years ago. We were told many times that we were valued and that the company was invested in our futures. A few months in we were all told we no longer had a future and most of us were let go with little notice. I stayed on for about a year. The communication was awful from the beginning until the end. On my last day, not a single person from the company ever reached out to me.
