9/80 schedule (every other Friday off), good benefits, unlimited PTO, paid holidays and closed the week between Christmas and New Year, flexible schedule, good people

Cons

Lack of organization and communication among leadership, limited growth opportunity, lack of communication between leadership and support teams, frequently there is very little time to prepare/plan for larger scale changes leading to things being implemented poorly because of the speed with which they had to be done.

Pros

Great people to work with. Holiday week off every year as well as many Holliday's throughout. There is a smaller company environment and it is always growing. The company as a whole actually promotes from within instead of just saying they do.

Cons

The pay is not great

They try their best to throw events for employee morale

Cons

They don’t compensate employees at a fair market rate. People are overworked and underpaid. A lot of turnover going on.
