They work hard to make it an open environment where everyone belongs. Everyone is really nice and will help you with amything.

Cons

There is constant pressure to do more than you can possibly fit in a day. They have good benefits but pay is terrible.

Pros

The people and the culture. Great individuals!

Cons

Great individuals do not always equal a great team. Product launches are high stress due to poor interdepartmental communication and slow QA. They are not willing to invest in their employees, hard to get answers or training even from direct supervisors. You'll be asked to do a lot of work outside of your role due to churn, but you won't be trained on that either.
