      -The upper management are really great at getting everyone’s opinions on important issues within the company, and quickly enacting change when needed! - The benefits are fantastic - Excellent place for those who want to work with their hands -They really care about your health and well being, with a dedicated Safety department

      - Past reputation among employees, leftover from previous management - You are on your feet all day
