Pros include competitive benefits, including 8% 401k match, company wide paid winter closure (work life balance!!!), company's commitment to safety and compliance

Cons: wish there was more flexibility in health care providers and deductible options

The people are great to be around and work with. The work culture in general has seen dramatic improvements especially in the Safety department. Company is growing so there is plenty of room for getting involved in new projects and upward career trajectory.

Cons

Lack of communication between departments can sometimes cause issues.
