Pros

I had friendly enough co-workers, and I was allowed to dive into projects that interns may not normally be engaged in.

Cons

I arrived as a tyrannical leader was leaving, so my entire department was on egg shells. Also, the Corporate Audit department has a very adversarial relationship with the rest of the organization.

Easy to get on because everyone is leaving

Very poor leadership. Employee satisfaction is tanking fast, everyone is leaving or looking to leave. Instead of fixing the problems, Leadership doubles down on the issues causing the problems. Employees with years of experience are leaving right and left

Great benefits and a friendly, relaxed culture.

Cons

Our PTO is good compared to many other companies, but we don't get as many holidays as I was used to. It's impossible to find out what pay grades jobs fall into or how they compare, so internal transfers can be awkward, disappointing, and frustrating for people who want to progress in their careers but stay with FMOLHS.
