      Pros

      This company has a pretty good starting wage they talk a good game and it's quite believable on what they say

      Cons

      They work you pretty good through the spring and the summer and as soon as it gets slow they will find a reason to let you go. plus there are some rude and quite ignorant people that work with them

      Sorry that your experience was not a positive one. I am glad to hear however that we pay above the average scale as we try and attract the best candidates. Ours is not a seasonal business and I can assure you that if during normal manufacturing ebbs and flows we need to look at staffing levels those that are performing will be safe for sure. Last year was one of the best in company history and bolstered by some great projects with some great clientele. Future outlook is even brighter for sure. Manpower is currently being increased to meet the future business demands.

      Pros

      Hourly workers can have many opportunities for overtime. Some internal advancement is possible. A lot of people who are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Hourly workers can only make good money through steady overtime. Some OT is mandatory which can wear on you. Employee development can be limited by the position or department you are in. Layoffs happen regularly due to business fluctuations.

      Thanks for the great comments. All jobs are posted online and also spread internally via referral. We can however do a better job posting internally and will look to formalize a program in this area. We do try and promote from within where possible.

      Great coworkers, Good hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

      Cons

      Parking can be difficult, plant is not air conditioned.

      Thanks for the comments. Yes parking is tight for sure but still beats paying $200 per month!
