      Pros

      Potential to be a creative workplace. Design and manufacture creative products.

      Cons

      Non-creative absentee ownership. On site management just average. Very uninspiring place to work.

      At best, they were an average company in a few areas (pay, holidays, etc.).

      Cons

      By far, the biggest detriment to the company was the chairman. In addition to not being a very nice person, his decision-making was at times curious (that’s being kind), he was very much a micro-manager (annoying in and of itself, but especially bad when combined with the previous point), and his overbearing style was extremely counterproductive, and it obviously had a deleterious effect throughout the company.
