      Pros

      Overtime is often available for you to work and you get time and a half for every hour over forty hours.

      Cons

      Working overtime is about the only way you can make money. PTO or paid time off is earned slowly and you have to work out of a temp agency for 3 to 5 months until they hire you then you slowly accumulate 2 hours every 2 weeks for the first 7 years.

      Pros

      Smart Designs, smart management, supportive creative environment for project driven design & manufacturing professionals. If you enjoy selling superior design solutions to the architect / spec community, with the oversight of PM field delivery, this is a fantastic proposal.

      Cons

      The only con was being a little too distant (at times) from the pulse of Sr. Management (CA), while working the east coast opportunities.

      Good for acquiring all elevator interior knowledge , CNC machines and bonded metal sheets manufacturing process
