You can tell by reading the positive reviews that they seem staged by HR. This is a zero appreciation job that management looks at you like part of a chain gang and u can either conform to working your life away or they'll replace u with someone who will.

Thankfully due to recent and constant improvement as a company the majority of our employees are happy and prosperous. Also, I can assure you that all positive feedback on here is real and not staged by HR. 1 Person Can Ruin Everything

The design team gets the opportunity to create brand new products, prototype everything, be really hands on, be creative, and work collaboratively.

Cons

Garbage people who are extremely negative about every little thing that goes wrong. One problem and its the end of the world. Complaining constantly the entire day. Super negative people. Hard to get along with.

We are sorry that you experience at F+S was not a positive one. As you do say the design group is a very creative, hands-on group that works in a solid collaborative effort. If you recall your 3-month review sadly you were at the root at some of the problems in the group and your performance was below par. You had an issue with your superior who tried to work with you and sorry that things did not work out but please do not take out your faults on others.

People who have worked their way up in the company with no formal training or education are the people making decisions. This company is very Pittsburgh yinzer, misogynist, bigoted company and the signage divison is much worse the people in charge there are straight out of the trailer park! TRASH!

I can assure you that employees are let go for just cause only. All of our leaders are experienced and have worked up through the ranks. It seems as if the only comments that are "yinzer" and bigoted are yours! ALl the best!
