The pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are there but also appear to cut costs by moving roles to MX to have cost savings.
Cons
Senior Management is below average at best. Did not support the transition when being promoted to paint a clear picture of expectations and onboarding. Seem to care more about the financials than the people who provide the meat and potatoes of the workload. Senior management seems to care about themselves only and no one else
