Pros

friendly atmosphere, accommodated my requests for reduced noise in office

Cons

Initial trainer was very disorganized, often leaving me unsure of what to do, and routinely ended up turning in documents late without any option to stay late and finish them on time. This lasted several months before I was told by upper management this was unacceptable. I was then placed with a new trainer who was very condescending and impatient, also intolerant of my having autism leaving me feeling rushed and confused. When I did not pick up things immediately, I was fired with no warning- the first time I have ever been fired for unsatisfactory performance which I believe was not entirely my fault. Other employees were not perfect either but have been employed many years.

Pros

Dennis Treadaway President of FPI is an amazing person and brings his faith to work with him daily, not something you see very often in large companies. The training that is given is well put together but not really time in the day to complete the HUGE requirements especially if you are a new employee. There are some great people at FPI.

Cons

It seems like being short staffed is a common theme in the Spokane WA region which adds lots of stress to the existing staff. The hiring process takes over a month and then the background check is at least 2 weeks if you are lucky. There so many deadlines, spreadsheets, and trackers to keep up with. Most staff are forced to get Grace Hill Training but little to no actual direction at the site.

Pros

Properties can be nice. Locations are convenient and and abundance properties they manage. Properties have amenities such as parking, pool, gym, dry cleaning etc

Cons

Disorganized, rude upper management (regionals) who need training on how to treat others. If you need an issue resolved do not count on HR to help you.
