Pros

Leasing commissions (not available at every property, make sure to ask before you accept position) and consistent schedule.

Cons

Nepotistic employment practices. Senior management turns a blind eye to harassment/hostile work environments. Some properties are unsafe (bedbug infested/roach infested/violence). They expect you to lease units that have known bedbug/roach infestations.

Unacceptable company

Pros

On site housing is the only pro. That's all . It says I have to write 20 words here so I'm writing to take space. The are not any pros

Cons

I am a current and newer employee and I am already planning on moving on.upper management is verbally abusive, not care about one thing. Stress level is unnecessary hence why they had let go the prior staff. The "owners" of these buildings need to be aware of what's going on since they are NEVER there and will never see what's going on and how hard on site staff actually works. Spend more $ on making sure the buildings are staffed correctly rather than sending emails daily about prayers which is weird coming from a president of this company. Fair housing much- you shouldn't be sending these things in this day and age where not everyone believes in certain religions,

Pros

The only pro is that they spend money to renovate the units.

Cons

Completely dishonest to cover their own issues since taking over. Owners have no idea what is happening under their noses. They’ve edged out or straight up fired every honest employee who calls out the lies and mismanagement. Abusive and unprofessional
