      Great Company, High Stress Job

      Pros

      Great family/community feel throughout company. Room for growth and ability to experiment with positions on site and at corporate.

      Cons

      High stress job and little on site help from higher management. Lots of training videos and corporate trainings so to-do list never gets done! Trainings seem to never actually prepare you for what happens on site. On site staff does a lot of work for hourly pay.

      Leasing Cosultant

      Pros

      Some communities and the directors were great to work for and you could earn bonuses and rent concessions.

      Cons

      Expected me to clean dead roaches and mice feces in order to rent out apartments. They did not care about your safety and would send you alone to communities with security issues. The managers were verbally abusive and would blame the leasing consultants if their numbers did not look good even if that consultant had not been there. They could send you from Modesto to Manteca or Stockton with no notice and would only pay you for part of the mileage.

      Property Managers - Supervisors - Fake, Selfish and Self Centered

      The Best reasons to work here is that I have a job.

      FPI, seems to always hire supervisors that are clueless on knowing how to hire in the field of maintenance. Twice now as a Community director i've been stuck with useless Maint. Tech.
