No, pros all lies! Portfolio Managers and the director's are a joke only had 1 good pm and that was denise! Other wise than that HR don't report anything to them unless you want to get fired. Especially Rebecca they do alot of shady things againt EOC!!!

Cons

They degrade you as a person, lie about bonuses, the reports are a joke. Unprofessional, beyond the worst company i every worked for. TEAMWORK DOES NOT EXIST, THEY

Pros

Your team and your residents are your biggest asset if you build strong connections. Benefits are average and house allowance is nice.

Cons

Upper management does not mentor and invest in growing employees. Regional managers delegate and dictate but don't really teach or guide or prepare you for the next step.

Over worked and under compensated Community Director

Pros

I had a few great supervisors who stood up to the bullying upper management on the affordable side. They normally have decent properties.

Cons

I was with them for a long time. If upper management doesn't like you, they try to bully your supervisor to do it. The upper management is CLUELESS. Especially in affordable. They lie to the owners and give ridiculous expectations. They over promise the owners and stress the cd's. They keep buying properties and don't have the staff or compliance department to cover them. They hiring clueless regionals. It's all in who likes you, not your job. They have so many lawsuits right now that it's ridiculous. They have so many jobs available because they are terrible to work for.
