      - Housing is included with the supervisor position - steady workflow

      Cons

      - Pay rate significantly lower than rival companies in the area - can feel as if the maintenance staff are on an island

      I've been with the company for almost 7 years and it's been such a great experience! I've been blessed to work with really amazing people who have helped shaped the way I work and the way I balance my personal life. Someone is always there to help you! You make amazing friends along the way who always have knowledge you never knew you needed! Can't wait for another 7 more!

      Cons

      -Pay. They don't pay as much as other companies and it can be stressful.
