Pros

The latest round of funding did not only bring in money, but also a bunch of ambition. This makes it so that at Friss almost anything is possible. They trust you're a professional and will make it work to reach the goals. A while ago we had a hackathon, and they send participants a care package with beer, a wine and some snacks. Super nice touch, that shows how they care.

Cons

It's a minor thing, but I would prefer working on another platform than Windows

Pros

- Excellent recruitment process. - Amazing & kind colleagues. - Diversity and equality amongst colleagues. - Supportive and inspiring management. - Ability to work from anywhere. - Perfect work-life balance.

Cons

- Onboarding new staff once recruited could be better (more organized, fun, inspiring, and interesting). - Equipment is slightly outdated (e.g. heavy bulky laptops, low quality of webcams, keyboard and mouse with wire, no professional headsets for online meetings).

Part of an international growth, nice colleagues and a lot of freedom and responsibilities to choose the roles you want within your function

Cons

We are overenthusiastic that focus is sometimes missing. Further it a chaotic work place, not for everybody
