Pros

Entry level , good if you don't want to do anything but sit all day

Cons

I would not really recommend this job, because the jobs are not as they are described in the description. Not really helpful for building your resume or skills.

No promotional opportunities

Pros

None, really. The pros come from the DOJ agency office you are assigned to, not FSA directly.

Cons

NO promotion/pay upgrade opportunities, unless Area Wage Determination (AWD) is adjusted or you are willing to move out of state. Terrible benefit options (very expensive, don't get what you pay for). FSA appears to be very unconcerned with employee satisfaction and retention (FSA in a contract company, they are only concerned with DOJ customers).
