Regarding pay, salary ranges are set according to our contracts and customer requirements. Whenever it is possible for us to increase salaries for employees, we do. Additionally, we encourage employees to apply for higher level labor categories, when appropriate. Regarding PTO, paid time off is typically no less than 28 days, with the majority of recently hired employees receiving a minimum of 7 sick days, 10 vacation days, and 11 holidays (this is prorated for part-time employees).
