Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We appreciate that you believe working at FSA is a great opportunity and are happy to hear you are learning a lot working with us. Our labor categories and salary ranges are set according to our contracts and customer requirements. Whenever it is possible for us to increase salaries for employees, we do. Additionally, we encourage employees to apply for higher level labor categories, when appropriate. In fact, a number of FSA employees have “stepped up the ladder” from Data Analysts all the way to Project Directors and Agency Managers. If you feel there may be a need for a different labor category based on customer requirements at your current work location, we encourage you to speak with your FSA Supervisor and/or Senior Manager.

Keeping up with inflation can be challenging for everyone, but whenever it is possible for us to increase pay rates for employees, we do. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that provides a variety of coverage options to best fit individual needs.
