Thank you for your review. We appreciate you calling out our health insurance and 401k programs as positive aspects of your employment with FSA. As a government contractor, advancement can be difficult; however, FSA provides employees with opportunities to improve skills and increase knowledge by providing various training opportunities and encourages employees to apply for higher level positions when appropriate. As an employer, we work to establish polices and communication channels to support our employees and help create a positive work environment. We encourage you to reach out to your FSA Senior Manager to discuss your experience.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We appreciate that you believe working at FSA is a great opportunity and are happy to hear you are learning a lot working with us. Our labor categories and salary ranges are set according to our contracts and customer requirements. Whenever it is possible for us to increase salaries for employees, we do. Additionally, we encourage employees to apply for higher level labor categories, when appropriate. In fact, a number of FSA employees have “stepped up the ladder” from Data Analysts all the way to Project Directors and Agency Managers. If you feel there may be a need for a different labor category based on customer requirements at your current work location, we encourage you to speak with your FSA Supervisor and/or Senior Manager.

FSA does not prioritize its workforce

Pros

The pro is that the pay was pretty good in the beginning and we had reasonable cost of living wages. (That was before inflation hikes though)

Cons

The cons depend on what office you are working at. I experienced little to no support most of my time working for FSA. FSA is honestly glorified HR that does very little in helping your day to day job and your career as a whole.

Thank you for your review. We are glad to see you rated your compensation and benefits as satisfactory. Keeping up with inflation can be challenging for everyone, but whenever it is possible for us to increase pay rates for employees, we do. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that provides a variety of coverage options to best fit individual needs. However, we are concerned to hear that you felt FSA didn't provide you enough support while working with us. We would like to know more about your specific situation; please email us at qc@fsafederal.com to get the conversation started.
