We regret to hear you feel the environment did not meet your standards during your time working here. While each franchise is independently owned, your experience is important to us as we work to build new centers with owners who proudly represent our brand. We take unlawful or unethical business practice reports seriously, and we encourage any team member who may share your concerns to reach out and a proper review will be conducted.

Providing excellent physical and balance therapy is our highest priority at every franchise location. Your experience is important to us as we work to attract new franchisees who are proud to uphold the best parts of our brand and we appreciate you leaving a review. Our goal is to provide a fantastic environment for our team no matter the center they work at, and we regret to hear you feel that was not your experience. Paid time off is provided for our full-time team members no matter their location, but you should discuss any questions or concerns you may have regarding compensation or benefits with your practice owner.
