Great Clinical staff good admin staff both caring of patients

Cons

Corporate staff driven by retail mindset, staff is replaceable regardless of working front line and driving revenue. Lacking in any support leading to cont mass exodus of staff.

Physical Therapy Clinic that runs on numbers

Pros

State of the art equipment, newest techniques, PT's are well trained and receive continued education, one on one care from PT.

Cons

Management over works their employees and clinics can be understaffed in relation to their workload. A tech will be given numerous duties and responsibilities yet they will not offer fair compensation. Hours get changed on the fly and will always look for the alternative cheaper route. PTs get over worked just to meet quotas, which always hurts the patient in the end.

I absolutely loved working for this company. The leadership was very involved, kind, respectful, and really listened to us. I felt valued and not just treated like another number. The collaboration between disciplines was really amazing to have, and made me a stronger clinician. Would highly recommend!

Cons

You definitely see a diverse caseload so be open to seeing lots of things.
