Pros

Working 4x10s and CEU reimbursement

Cons

Owners of Parker and Castle Rock, CO locations, Hannah and Taylor Pfeifer are unethical manipulators. They lie in interviews about what to expect in the job. They do not care about balancing your schedule as therapists saw kids back to back with no breaks in between and reward having no breaks in your day, “perfect day.” They do not follow HIPAA guidelines, have tried to make employers commit insurance fraud, and change units on daily notes to get reimbursed with more money. They refuse to train employees on safety for behaviors. 2 therapists got bit by a client and did not pay for their medical bills and allowed this client to return to OT. The owners required that employees take a “Emotions in the workplace” training created by Scientologists in order to “move up in the ladder system.” Turnover is terrible! From 2022-2026 over 70 employees quit/got fired.

Pros

Lots of down time to work on professional development.

Cons

I was hired for the "Naperville" location which has never opened and when I drove by the address given by my manager it is not even a FYZICAL clinic. I was hired 7 months ago and was told it would be ready in 1 month. Every therapist I have trained has been told the same, that they will temporarily work at a different facility for 1-2 months then be transferred. No one has ever been transferred to the non-existing clinic. There is no trainig given. I was expected to self train and then expected to train all new PT and PTAs. This clinic has a very high turnover rate. I am 1 of 2 of the longest standing employees. Most employees stay for 1-2 months because the ridiculous demands and unprofessionalism from the owner. He is not in healthcare and asks of many unethical and fradulent behaviors. He additoinally will ask to work overtime then not pay you. He also will not pay you your full working hours and then you will need to go through the department of labor and fight for your wages, which is a hassle. It's a waste of time and a stress to work for him.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We deeply regret to hear about your negative experiences and understand your concerns. Your points about the Naperville location and the miscommunication regarding its opening are concerning. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. Regarding training, we acknowledge that effective and comprehensive training is crucial for both personal and professional development. We will take immediate steps to review and enhance our training programs to ensure that all employees receive the support and guidance they need. The issues you've raised about unethical and fraudulent behavior, as well as concerns about payroll, are extremely serious. We have strict policies in place to maintain ethical standards and compliance with labor laws. We are committed to creating a fair and supportive work environment and your feedback is invaluable in helping us identify areas for improvement. Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention. We appreciate your contributions to the team and are dedicated to making the necessary changes to improve our workplace.
