- Exceptionally talented and fun team - Everyone in Factorial is passionate about what they do - No two days are the same, there are always new challenges -Opinions from senior members of staff are always taken into account and we are all encouraged to speak out when we have ideas - Flexibility - Pay for healthcare - Subsidise gym membership
