The European division is doing well, but, the US business is trash. -totally inexperienced management -manager worked remotely from a different country, yet required everyone else to be in-person - suboptimal onboarding -lack of consistent guidance and support -no AE hitting quota -complete lack of execution of sales strategy -dishonest and inexpierenced managers

You get SDR experience You get paid (under market) People are a good vibe, culture is there. You go to Spain once a year (circa May)

Cons

Take the job if you have nothing else. Was a great place to get experience and network. US team is small (~30) compared to the Spain HQ (~1000). Get ready to get micro-managed to death. Have no clear cut pay plan. Constantly evolving targets so OTE is harder to achieve. Management seems dis-connected
