401k, profit sharing, paychecks always on time

Cons

Senior management down to regional management really do not have any clue on how to run an installer based business. All management likes to motivate the employees by having 'threatening" conversations. You never feel secure in your position either because of the conversations from management or because of declining sales. The owner, Elliott Badzin, really has no idea what is going on at his locations. His regional managers tell him what he wants to hear and not what the real struggles are.

I can't think of a good reason to work here except for some nice people.

You never get a raise, not treated with respect, lied to, lots of drama, management is very low quality.

My paycheck was on time.

Cons

The people that work for this company are a bunch of back stabbing liars. They have to do that so they can keep their job. GM's are a joke, if they see that you are better at the job than they are, you will be lied about until you are let go. FMP bought out the company i had been with for 10 years and destroyed it within 6mos. Sales continue to fall on a regular basis and so do good employees, people are let go because this company has no clue how run this type of operation. Instead of fixing the problem and generating sales they fire people so that their numbers look good. Watch out you could be next.
