Faegre is striving to make the changes necessary to update business practices and stay relevant. Good work/life balance for some in the firm

Cons

Current managers employ outdated management styles. This is because they are not encouraged/mandated to improve their management skills. Still very hierarchical in many areas

Good range of new technology, promotion from within, good working environment. Interesting place to work due to the amount of various businesses that Drinker covers. Few offices in great downtown locations.

Cons

Lack of internal development and training, heavy reliance on consultants, long term employees who's only interest is job security. Lack of bonuses and tiny salary adjustments.
