Pros

Competitive salaries, collaborative teamwork on large projects, they invest in your career development. Excellent PMO director that leverages all of your skills and does not micro-manage you.

Cons

Some poor managers embedded throughout can make life tough there sometimes. Takes a long time to get promoted and there aren't clear career progressions.

I made friends, who are long gone. Decent health benefits.

Cons

Worked to the bone with no advancement or bonuses. Attorneys are very harsh and egomaniacal. Micromanaged.
