You get your birthday off and paid

Cons

Way too heavy patient load, no resources, poor morale, crumbling infrastructure, nonfunctional equipment, crazy supervisors, NEVER staffed adequately, mandated to stay too often, poor management, terrible scheduling office with cocktail attitudes, unprofessional employees, not enough CNA's!

Pros

The best thing I have to say about Fair Acres is that they offer free can training. The staff is okay for the most part. Yeah they are always hiring because people are constantly quitting due to workload

Cons

Oh where to start...how about we are constantly working under staff and management is oblivious to the fact we are have to slave to get our work finished just to written up for not emptying a linen cart.. really?? I just wiped 17 butts in less that 2 hours get realistic!
