Pros

The pay is fair, and depending on what floor you work on the teamwork with coworkers is good.

Cons

Management does not have empathy for the CNAs. They will write you up and throw you under the bus in a heart beat. They will also put the heaviest workload on the newest people which is why it’s a revolving door.
